Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders, international or domestic, of $59 or more. The $59 minimum is calculated after any discounts or coupons have been applied.
How long will it take to process my order ?
The processing time for orders varies depending on the items in the order. Without custom-print items in the order, the processing time is one business day. If an order includes custom-print items, the processing time is approximately three business days. These processing times are not included in quoted estimated ship times.
What shipping options are available when I order?
We have a variety of shipping options available! You can check out the various methods for domestic and international orders on the chart below.
Does company ship to military addresses?
We do! Please enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city field and then choose either AP/AA/AE from the state drop down on our checkout page.
Does company ship to countries outside the US?
Yes! You can change the destination country using the drop down list on our checkout page. If you do not see your country on the drop down list, we unfortunately can't currently ship to your location.
I have not received my order yet.
You should be able to check the status of your order using the tracking link provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail. If the tracking has not updated in more than three business days, you did not receive a tracking link, or you have any other questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please don't hesitate to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org!
My package was late, can I get my shipping fees refunded?
Sure! Please send an e-mail to email@example.com - we'd be happy to get that all sorted for you.
Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item (s) will be delivered depending on the shipping method you select.
After your shirt has printed we usually ship it out within 24-48 hours. You'll also receive a tracking number and notification when your shirt has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the zip code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.
How do I check the status of my Order?
You can check the status of your order using the page found here. You'll need your order number, the e-mail address used to place the order, and the billing postal code. If for any reason you've misplaced this information or you're receiving an error when trying to use this page, feel free to contact us for help!
What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on any unwashed and unworn item within 15 days of purchase. To set this up, please visit our returns. Mystery T-shirt purchases can not be returned or exchanged. For any returns set up, you will receive a refund of the full product cost for the item or items you're returning.
I bought this tee last week and now it's on sale.
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it. To be notified of when items go on sale, you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter or follow us on Facebook.
Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes as they enter the destination country. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish there were a way around them, but unfortunately this is a necessary evil for international orders. Please consult your country's laws regarding any additional fees you may have to pay as the items arrive in your country. We can not mark any international packages as gifts-sorry!
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. Unfortunately we can not accept checks, cash or money orders at this time. Teethousand takes your safety seriously, our site is encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal information is safe.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged the moment the order is placed, and once it goes through you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If your card is declined, we will not take any payment and you will not receive a confirmation e-mail. In this case, please remember that some card issuers may still place funds on hold temporarily. If you have any questions or concerns about a payment issue, please don't hesitate to e-mail us or give us a call!

I forgot to use my coupon!
Unfortunately, we can't apply a coupon to an already existing order. We're sorry! Please save the coupon for your next order.
Why isn't my coupon working?
Coupons will not work on any items already on sale, which will be all items under $15, clearance items, or any items that state they do not qualify for coupons. Additionally, only one coupon may be used per order. If your order is eligible for coupons and is still giving you trouble, please let us know!
Why was I asked to show my ID to place my purchase?
For your protection, we may ask for a copy of your ID and credit card or a link to your Facebook page to verify the authenticity of your order. Once you've verified your order, you won't be asked again to do this!
Why are you not replying to my emails?
We answer all e-mails within one business day of recipt. If you have sent numerous e-mails and haven't received a response, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts and check your spam or junk mail folder-sometimes we get thrown there! If you'd like, you can also give us a call for any questions or concerns!
What types of shirts do you print on?
We print our designs on Alstyle or NextLevel brand shirts for all our designs. These blanks are 100% combed cotton. Our heather colors are a 50/50 polycotton blend, and our heather grey blank specifically is a 90/10 polycotton blend. These shirts are soft, comfortable, and the best-looking shirts available anywhere!
For improved longevity on your items, please wash all garments in cold water only and a low dryer setting. Wash the garment inside out and wash any colors separately from white clothing, especially on the first wash of your product. We do use pre-shrunk, combed cotton knit fabric garments, but 5-7% shrinkage(about half a shirt size) is common.
Does company offer Tall, Maternity or Plus sizes?
At this time, Teethousand does not offer tall or plus sizes. This does not mean we will never carry a variety of sizes, so please do check back.
Who designs the shirts?
We collaborate with independent artist around the world to come up with ideas like the ones you see on our site. The best ideas go to our graphic design team and the rest is cotton!
Can I submit my own idea?
Sadly, we are unable to accept shirt ideas. Something about non-transferable intellectual design protection rights, or something. The lawyer said it. At least we think it was the lawyer. He was wearing a suit.
